Jam for Japan!!!

Spoke with Mrs. Harman just a few minutes ago, so sorry I was not able to come today, I was at the DMV getting my permit. But, yes I have a cooler that I can bring. I have little tiny cups that you would use to put mouth wash in and swish your teeth out. Would those work? I have quite a few of those. I also have a few extinsion cords I can bring. I am still up for tortilla chips. If maybe 7-12 people (maybe more) brought at least one bag, I think we would be cool. I will also go ahead and get a 24 pack, no problem with that. Sign up for Coffee Manager and Japan Card Overseer please. Way to go Krissy!! Thanks everyone again on for their hardwork. If you guys need anything my telephone number is on the contact sheet. Mrs. Harman said the afternoon class was doing a good job doing some prep work and getting it almost completed. We have one more day starting tomorrow! So don't give up!!!!

Jam for Japan

Good Morning AM Class. We had a meeting today 6/1 and we had discussed the plans for Friday as well as Saturday. We need to know who will be able to set up and clean up. There is a signup sheet in the conference room. We did indeed put all our numbers on the contact sheet. There will be some people in the afternoon class staying Friday 6/3 after school to help set up, if you are willing to help as well, let us know. We discussed tables and chairs, we are going to have 11 tables and just use the ones in the atrium. We'll use the chairs that are in the atrium as well. Also, we are going to donate money to help "pay" back. You can donate however much you would like. Roxi, you are a saint, a few people have agreed to help you either cook or bring food over to CCE. I myself is going to bring all the paper goods so do not worry about that. They will get in contact with you for sure. Remember it is never too late to sign up or help! I will continue to make announcements and me KK are going to write a script for all the home campuses, we NEED to get the word out! Amanda D. did a great job enforcing the meeting. Please keep us updated to what you guys are doing, we have no contact! The contact sheet will help, but we need to keep in contact between the two classes for sure. Don't forget to continue the announcements to Friday, if you want to go on a donation "run" you can do so. Time is running OUT! Thanks for all the hard work that is participating in the Jam for Japan.
